Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
✅ Educational Qualification:

• Master’s Degree (Second Division) in Sociology, Criminology, Strategic Studies, Project Management, Political Science, Public Policy, Mass Communication, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.

✅ Professional Experience:

• At least 10 years of management and leadership experience in a public-sector organization, with 7 years in Monitoring & Evaluation.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.

✅ Alternative Qualification (For Retired Officers):

• Retired officers not below the rank of Colonel/Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent from Armed Forces.
• Must have completed the Basic Intelligence Course.
• At least 3 years of experience in security-related matters.

General Terms & Conditions

• The appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three years, renewable based on performance.
• Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.
• The Directorate of Monitoring, Home Department, reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions based on available funds and requirements.
• 15% of vacancies are reserved for women, ensuring gender diversity.
